liked the double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. we had a comfortable bed, a shower and bath sheets. location: the hotel was not far from the center of the town where the restaurants and the mountain and the central square.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with ideal setting just next door to train station and city center, Ollantaytambo, and the restaurants and bars are.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charming and had a traditional touch that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy access to the main areas and no difficult stairs to navigate.

I would have appreciated if the staff could have been a bit more attentive and helpful. As a senior woman traveling alone, I relied on their assistance for things like setting up tours or getting hot water.

the hostel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere with the sound of the river nearby. The host was helpful in organizing trips and providing storage for our bags. The sack breakfast for our early train was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at Tambo De Ollantay. The owners were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even surprised us with a packed breakfast when we left early for Machu Picchu. The private bathroom in our room was modern and one of the best we've seen in Peru. We loved the view from our room, overlooking the river and ruins. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower spacious. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to everything we wanted to see.
